Alyssa Joy Eidbo, a graduate of Westminster, is a freshman at Auburn University.  Alyssa is an animal lover who plans to study veterinary medicine at Auburn.  She wasNational Reserve Champion in Young Adult Grand Prix Dressage, an Olympic equestrian sport.  Alyssa owns and operates EidboStudio, a company that makes show-quality miniature tack for model horses.  She raised and trained five assistance dogs for Canine Companions for Independence.  While a student at Westminster, Alyssa created and was co-president of the Tea Club, a group that met regularly to discuss politics, current events and literature.
