Miranda Lynch is a sophomore at Ben Franklin Academy in Atlanta.  After visiting South Africa in 2008, 13-year-old Miranda founded a nonprofit aimed at helping people in a remote Zulu village help themselves. The nonprofit, called Isipho, has raised more than $10,000, helped plant vegetable gardens, and delivered educational materials and teacher training to local schools. Miranda also is an aspiring film director and is working on a documentary about the people in the Zulu village helped by her nonprofit.
