The Cartoon Network Closet is a youth-run and youth-led social enterprise business of 21st Century Leaders, a non-profit organization working to expand the number and diversity of Georgia's future leaders. Our business is an online eBay store and auction site selling one-of-a-kind, collectible items inspired by the Cartoon Network.
The Cartoon Network Closet has opened for business under license from the Cartoon Network. All items for sale have been generously donated by Cartoon Network. ALL proceeds from sales are retained solely by 21st Century Leaders to support our youth leadership programs.
Managers and staff of The Cartoon Network Closet are high school students and members of 21st Century Leaders. They manage the business as paid and for-credit interns. Students developed the business plan, did the marketing research, and are now running the business.
Profits generated through this store are increasing the number of students in 21st Century Leaders, providing funds for students to organize and launch service projects, and funding internship and scholarship awards.
