
Returning students must fill out an application at the beginning of each school year, but do not need new teacher recommendations. This application is a way for students to renew their commitment to 21st Century Leaders and to give us feedback and current contact information. Returning students must fill out the application to continue to participate in our events.
Application Steps
Step 1. If you are a returning student, complete the Returning Student Application. After filling out your information, press submit (your information will still show on the screen), press exit, then close the window. You must fill out this application to participate in our events.
Step 2. Returning students can register for all events after they have completed the Returning Student Application.
