School and Program Coordinators are teachers who take a leadership role in executing the 21st Century Leaders program within a school or community agency. Beginning in February, they recruit students for the 21st Century Leaders program and help notify and register students for the year-round events. They also participate in the leadership events. Some Program Coordinators are also responsible for Youth Action Centers. The School and Program Coordinators provide a critical link between 21st Century Leaders Staff and students.
