Youth Action Centers are located in Cobb, Emanuel, Clayton, and Fulton Counties in 11 locations:

Youth Action Centers are operated within high schools and community organizations to provide service and leadership opportunities for all students. Our Youth Action Centers are based upon the United Way volunteer center model and are funded in part by grants from FRESH, Cobb Collaborative, Nordson, and United Way. At the centers, high school students initiate, plan, promote and implement school-wide community service projects in conjunction with a school advisor and other school clubs. They learn responsive leadership, budget planning, and management and communication skills.
