Youth Advisory Board members are nominated by summer staff and fellow campers as a strong leader with unique abilities and creativity.  The nominated students are selected through an application and interview process and serve for a one year term. 

Youth Advisory Board members influence the programs of 21st Century Leaders and help to shape the way the organization presents itself to students, the community, and the state of Georgia.   These students have a strong voice in planning year-round and summer events and activities for 21st Century Leaders.  They represent 21st Century Leaders at board meetings, service projects, and community events throughout the year.
